The Little Gym offers gymnastics, dance, parent/child classes, pre-K gymnastics, and grade school gymnastics, along with kids birthday parties, camps, and Parent Survival Night events. The Little Gym gyms are described as safe spaces for children and parents to explore gymnastics and more.

This year marks 50 years since The Little Gym first opened its doors, with the first location opening in 1976 in Bellevue, Washington. The Little Gym was founded by Robin Wes. The program follows a Three-Dimensional Learning philosophy called Get Moving, Brain Boost, and Citizen Kid, and uses movement-based learning and imaginative play in a positive, non-competitive spirit. Programs are described as supporting physical, social, and emotional growth, and Parent Survival Night is described as giving parents a break. The Little Gym has grown into a global community of families, instructors, and local business owners, with a global network of gyms across the globe. One parent shared that after the Bugs intro class they signed their daughter up and mentioned positive experiences with instructors Ms. Katie and Ms. Heather, and another parent described Little Gym Dunwoody as an amazing experience for both them and their toddler from about 20 months old to almost 3 years old.
