Capital SUP Grom Camp

Capital SUP Grom Camp introduces kids to stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and kayaking. Campers take part in paddle tours and may experience activities such as SUP Yoga, FloYo, Paddle & Flow, Floating Sound Bath, Performance Paddle Series, and Floating Meditation. Camps are designed for ages 7–14.

• Ages: 7–14 years old
• Schedule: Half-day and full-day camp options Monday through Thursday
• Price: Monday – Student & Industry Day: $15 rentals all day. Wednesday – Senior Day: 55+ paddle for $15 all day. Friday – Ladies Night: Ladies paddle for $15 from 4 PM–7 PM.

Capital SUP was founded in 2014 and is a clean-water–driven company dedicated to connecting people to the water through stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking, with a mission to promote the culture and sport of paddleboarding across Maryland. The company also offers rentals, lessons, special events, private group outings and parties, sells high-quality used equipment, and provides extended rentals from 1–14 days, with delivery available for some extended rentals of 3 or more days depending on location. For rentals, equipment provided includes a stand-up paddle board or kayak, paddle, and PFD/lifejacket, and all paddlers under the age of 18 need adult supervision or an instructor or tour guide.
