About
MGA Gymnastics offers gymnastics training that includes activities such as tumbling on a 4" balance beam and flipping on a trampoline 8' in the air. The program uses Olympic equipment, training and safety apparatus, and multiple stations at each event, along with trampolines, a tumble track, in-ground foam pits, spotting rigs, bungee rigs, a handstand trainer, and a variety of other specialty equipment. The gym is cleaned and disinfected regularly and is described as one of the cleanest, best maintained and safest facilities anywhere, where neither coaches nor students compete with each other and instead focus on a group effort to help and support each other in the achievement of goals.
