About
STEAM Camp introduces students to hands-on projects in coding, robotics, game design, science exploration, and creative arts. The program includes a mix of small group projects with new activities each day and an emphasis on real-world applications. Field trips around the campus are part of the camp experience.
• Ages: 5–14 years old
• Schedule: Two one-week sessions in 2026, with camp days running from 9:15 am to 3:30 pm and flexible drop-off and pick-up between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
• Price: 2026 Rates coming soon; optional additional fee for daily lunch provision; scholarships available
Since 2017, SUNY Oswego’s STEAM Camp has offered an interactive summer program for students in grades K–9. The camp runs for two weeks of programming in 2026: Week 1 from August 3–7 and Week 2 from August 10–14. The program is led by Chelsea Ginett, Youth Program Manager, Sheldon Institute for Barbara Shineman Scholars Director, and STEAM Camp Director. Spaces are limited, and scholarships are available.
