Cultured Kids Club Summer Camp offers Spanish, French, and Chinese language programs that use full immersion to teach children both the language and the cultures of five different native-speaking countries. Camp activities include dancing the Flamenco and learning what an Alpine marmot is, along with fun and engaging age-appropriate activities supported by materials such as Quizlet games, cartoons, and YouTube videos. The program is part of Cultured Kids Club, a Total Immersion foreign language center that also offers community center programs, online live Zoom language center programs, private one-on-one lessons, after-school programs, Parent & Tot classes, Pre-K Explorers classes, and Language In Action® classes.

Since 2008, Cultured Kids Club has educated thousands of students in foreign language proficiency. Its award-winning Language In Action® total immersion foreign language programs use a curriculum that aligns with ACTFL standards and builds from simple verbal greetings to advanced skills such as writing a paper about a summer vacation, with six language proficiency levels to work toward bilingual fluency. Classes are categorized by age and proficiency level, use small class sizes of 6–8 children, and focus on speaking, reading, and writing while students interact completely in the language through age-appropriate activities. All registered families receive a password to their class’s Student Corner webpage, which includes extra materials such as practice sheets, Quizlet games, cartoons, YouTube videos, and suggested tablet and phone apps.
Teachers have native pronunciation and communication skills, are CPR and First Aid certified, are up-to-date on FBI and BCI background checks, hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with early education experience, and are trained and proficient in Total Immersion and Total Response teaching methods. They are experienced in administering Language In Action® classes at every age and skill level, and Cultured Kids Club only hires teachers with teaching experience and with native or fluent communication skills. One parent shared, “We’ve been coming to Spanish class for our 3 year old since he was 1 1/2.
