Campers are grouped by age, skill, and experience, and participate in 6 to 10 hours a day of skill training, games, tournaments, and leadership development. The camp uses the T.E.C. (Teach, Encourage, Correct) Method, along with the FAB 4 principles (Protect the ball; Play with quickness and intensity; Play smart; Finish the play) and the LIFE 4 principles (Guard your heart; Live with love & intentionality; Be smart by seeking out wisdom; Finish strong, never give up). Roommate requests must be made at least two weeks before camp begins, and the approximate staff-to-camper ratio is 1:10. Transportation is not provided, and campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own.

Overnight camp daily times are Overnight or Extended Day from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm, with first-day check-in beginning at 12:30 pm for overnight and extended-day campers and last-day check-out at 4:00 pm. The Extended Day schedule runs the first day from 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm with dinner provided, middle days from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm with lunch and dinner provided, and the last day from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm with lunch provided. Players supply their own athletic equipment and should have at least one pair of well-broken-in basketball court shoes. Campers need to bring their own ball clearly labeled with their name, and NBC Camps is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Allergies, dietary restrictions, and medical concerns should be included in registration so campus staff and camp staff can be prepared for arrival and meals.
