NBC Basketball Camp at Southern Oregon University offers a Complete Player Basketball Camp for boys ages 13–17, and the overnight camp is for ages 12–16. Camps train beginner to advanced basketball players to become excellent and focus on total skill development from offense to defense, team skills, and athleticism. Camps are described as intense, high-energy, fun, and unlike any other camp experience, and are for those who love basketball enough to work hard.

NBC stands for Nothing Beats Commitment, and the camps use the Teach, Encourage, Correct (T.E.C.) method, which focuses on the ability to know, understand, apply skills, and self-correct. Instruction includes the FAB 4 (Protect the ball; Play with quickness and intensity; Play smart; Finish the play) and LIFE 4 (Guard your heart; Live with love and intentionality; Be smart by seeking out wisdom; Finish strong, never give up). Camps include Intensity Night, games and tournaments, and personal skill and athletic assessment, and campers are grouped by age, skill, and experience.

NBC Camps has been running camps since 1971 and is the largest overnight basketball camp program in the world. NBC Camps selects coaches of high integrity and character, with a strong work ethic and willingness to pour their lives into helping athletes be their best, and works hard to hire college players and coaches along with high school coaches who are dynamic and competent teachers of the game. The approximate staff-to-camper ratio is 1:10, and skilled coaches care about the personal development of each camper.

Camps focus on confidence, goal setting, mental toughness, leadership, intensity, athletic and life skill mastery, and the importance of personal faith and Christian values, in an environment of hard work, enthusiasm, intensity, encouragement, and Christian values. Roommates must be requested at least two weeks before camp begins; if no preference is given, campers are matched with a camper of the same gender and similar age. Housing has air conditioning, there are 2 campers per room, and campers share a common bathroom with private stalls, and campers may still bring a fan.

Players should bring their own athletic equipment, at least one pair of well-broken-in basketball shoes, and their own clearly labeled basketball, and NBC Camps is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Extended-day campers do not sleep on campus or eat breakfast on campus; dinner is provided on the first day, lunch and dinner on middle days, and lunch on the last day. Transportation is not provided, campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own, and there is no supervision before or after camp hours, so parents must pick up their child on time.
