DanceWell PDX Schools

DanceWell PDX Schools offers social dance classes, private dance lessons, group dance classes, dance parties, and social dancing. Students can learn ballroom smooth dances like Waltz and Tango, Latin and Club Latin dances like Cha Cha, Salsa and Bachata, Swing dances like East Coast Swing, Lindy and West Coast Swing, Club dances like Hustle and Nightclub Two-Step, and Sports Dance. Events are all-ages, and the business is gender-neutral.

• Schedule: Dance classes and lessons run six days a week, with parties every Thursday and on Second Saturdays.
• Price: Prepay multiple passes for discounts, or RSVP by email or phone and pay full price at the door.

DanceWell PDX Schools has been teaching students ballroom and social dancing since 1990, after beginning in 1988 when owner and director Linda Springstead started teaching with the Clackamas Community Ed program. The mission of DanceWell is to make social dancing fun, welcoming, and rewarding for everyone from complete beginners to experienced dancers. The program regularly teaches both American and International dance styles and shares space with other dance groups. DanceWell asks that participants be feeling 100% or take a sick day, and masks are welcome whenever participants wish.
