Soccer Chance Academy says it uses the power of soccer to inspire young people through their development on and off the field, and its mission is to inspire and nurture the leaders of tomorrow. The academy is a Players First-Licensed club, and its senior staff are all UEFA B and above qualified. Its leadership team includes Dan Ferguson, Joe Smith, Ben Hanley, Ricky Machel, Dan Vincent, Christian Brown, Abdullahi Sheikh, Fernando Ibanez, Jenn Tuttle, Alyson Dressler, Margaret Speth, and Dee Reddy. SCA for the Community is a nonprofit organization that awards scholarships and financial aid to players throughout the season and organizes community building events.
