Learning Tree Academy includes daily activities such as storytelling, book reading, simple science experiments, art projects, music, dance, dramatic play, circle time, group learning sessions, collaborative projects, outdoor play, and quiet play. The program uses a child-centered curriculum where children move freely within a “child-sized” environment and can progress at their own pace. The environment is described as busy, yet calm and orderly, with an emphasis on teamwork, sharing, and empathy.

Learning Tree Academy offers childcare programs from infant care to pre-K, including a prekindergarten (pre-K) program and all-day care for pre-K students. Pre-K students have a quiet place to nap or rest each day, with the option for quiet play after 30 minutes if they cannot sleep. The curriculum includes literacy, early math, and science exploration. The facility is nut-free, and the daily menu includes vegetarian options and can be customized to accommodate food allergies or sensitivities. All children are required to get regular health exams and provide current immunization records, and strict hand-washing protocols are in place for all children and adults. Class sizes are small, with one-on-one time with teachers. Parents receive daily updates through the Kindertales app detailing meals, activities, behavior, and events, and automatic payment withdrawals are available through the app. To enroll, parents must submit a current certificate of immunization and a current photo of the child.

Staff members maintain CPR and first aid certifications. The Founder and Director, Jada Fleming, is the Owner/Director and holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Rasmussen College and a Certificate of Licensure from Concordia University. She has been recognized for the most growth in her region in her prior role as Regional Director at Endeavor Schools.
