Ultimate Martial Arts Hudson Gymnastics Training includes gymnastics training along with Karate, Self Defense, Forms, Sparring, Weapons, Ground Defense training, and Hyper Training. The program also offers SuperKids PreSchool Karate, Ultimate Birthday Parties, and Summer Camps as part of its all inclusive martial arts programs and current schedule.

The program takes place at Ultimate Martial Arts & Fitness Hudson, which has state of the art facilities with clean, spacious classrooms, large viewing areas for families, and pro shops stocked with gear and clothing. Programs are available for preschoolers, children, teens, and adults, and there are programs for the entire family. The curriculum is described as a unique and one of a kind self defense based martial arts curriculum, with a focus on making younger students bully proof, confident, aware, focused and ready to protect themselves, in a fun atmosphere where students must work and earn each stripe and each belt.
Head Instructor Joe Long is a 6th Degree Black Belt and Master Instructor. The curriculum was created by 7th Degree Black Belt Master John Olson and 7th Degree Black Belt Master Rob Nelson, and it is overseen by 8th Degree Black Belt Grand Master Klint Klaas. The leadership team includes Joe Long, Master John Olson, Master Rob Nelson, and Grand Master Klint Klaas.
