West Hills Ballet offers four weeks of dancing and art in a variety of camps for kids age 3-8

Immerse your child in the beauty of the Petaluma River and its watershed at Green Heron Nature Camp!

Come play with the wind in Petaluma's downtown turning basin. Expert instruction. Kids will learn the basics in small boats like the El Toro, Captain's Gig, JY-9 and Lido 14, and spend some time on the joysticks of our radio-controlled model sailboats too! Let's sail away!

Join us on the Petaluma River for our annual Sprint Kayaking Clinic. Youth ages 11-16, No experience necessary. Campers learn balance, basic strokes, water safety, and team work all in a fun, supportive environment. M- Sat 9am-12pm

AGES 3-5 are invited to join us April 6-10 at China Camp State Park! Up to 6 campers will spend their days exploring outdoors in nature, observing wildlife and learning more about the natural world.

Snails & Turkey Tails is a nature-based preschool enrichment program for children ages 3-5. We meet at China Camp State Park in San Rafael. Students learn about local wildlife, nature and themselves.

The Petaluma Wildlife Museum offers an engaging animal-based summer camp for children aged 5-12, providing up-close animal interactions, educational activities, and the opportunity to handle and care for live animals under supervision.

We will spend each day outdoors with the animals and in the garden, planting, playing, exploring, and caring for the sanctuary residents. Kids will learn about animals, edible and native plants, soil, pollinators, ecosystem dynamics, and more through fun, hands-on experiences.

Unique weekly drama sessions explore putting your own spin on popular tales to perform at the end of the week! Through theater games and activities focusing on ensemble, story, character, design, and performance, kids develop confidence, creativity, and collaboration.

Play with all the small boats this summer! Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle boards, canoes, pedal kayaks & pedal SUPs, water bikes, a giant Megalodon, all kinds of rowboats, even Hawaiian outrigger canoes! Includes an outing to Alman Marsh and a sprint kayaking demo by River Town Racers.

A Montessori exploration camp for little ones! All camps include Montessori exploration, arts & crafts, dance parties or yoga classes, and a closing circle time with books and songs! We provide sessional camps following the Ross Valley School District calendar schedule.

The teaching curriculum includes history, culture, ingredients, techniques, and recipes from the US, such as a picnic, a New Orleans menu, a Colonial menu, and an Asian menu. Kids will learn Food Safety, knife skills, table etiquette and eat the meal they prepare each day.
