Sagaz Jiu Jitsu

Sagaz Jiu Jitsu offers kids and teens classes, women’s classes, and all-levels Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training in both gi and no-gi formats. The program also includes women’s self-defense, private Jiu Jitsu instruction, open gym time, women-only fitness classes, and weekend workout classes. Students usually wear a gi for traditional classes or rash guards and spats for no-gi sessions, and Sagaz Jiu Jitsu provides gear for purchase and lends out gis for a free trial, which can be attended in regular athletic clothing.
