Camp Blue Sky Overnight Camp – 2-Week Program (3rd–4th Grade) includes activities such as rock climbing, mountain biking, paddling, hiking, archery, survival skills, ropes course challenges, ziplining, and backcountry overnights. Campers practice specific skills like climbing techniques, setting up climbing equipment, tying knots, using climbing commands, belaying, single-track riding, biking techniques, bike maintenance, trail etiquette, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, paddling strokes, and rescue techniques. The program also includes activities such as running across the boat bows of the group, trying a handstand on paddleboards, investigating plant life on nearby trails, learning local history, learning Leave No Trace Principles, attempting to summit Mt. Judge, reading maps, pitching tents, hanging bear bags, cooking meals at campsites, using slingshots, long bows, and compound bows at the archery range, traversing canopies on ziplines, traversing suspended cables with a partner, participating in trust falls, and navigating a giant spider’s web, along with morning clubs, flag raising and lowering, rest and relax time, evening skits and games, and cabin time for debriefing, cleaning, and showers.

• Schedule: Two-week overnight session with Sunday check-in at 1:00 PM and Friday check-out at 12:00 PM, following a daily schedule that runs from 6:30 AM latest wake-up to 9:00 PM lights out.
