About

TIC Summer Camp offers a mix of technology and athletic activities, with a unique model that splits each day into equal half days of technology and athletics. Campers can take part in Computer Science Programming, Robotics using LEGO and VEX, Minecraft Modding, 3D Game Design, Roblox with Lua, Multimedia, Digital Photography and Design, several types of Animation (2D, 3D, and Stop-Motion), Filmmaking, and Digital Music, along with active athletic activities. The program structure evenly divides time between in-depth technology instruction and active, confidence-building athletic activities.

• Ages: 7–15 years old
• Schedule: Camp hours Monday–Friday, 8am–3pm, with an extended day option from 3pm–5:30pm

TIC Summer Camp states a mission to create an inclusive and encouraging environment that focuses on a healthy mind and body balance through collaboration, creativity, and growth. The camp notes inclusion practices for neurodiversity, gender equity, and racial equity. TIC Summer Camp is accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA) and has held this accreditation since its first summer of operation in 1983 through the present, reflecting over 40 years of operation. The camp also mentions valued community partnerships with organizations.

Parent feedback includes a 2025 parent who reports that their family has attended TIC Summer Camp for three years and that their child especially enjoys the programming and robotics programs. Another 2025 parent reports that their kids do not complain when told it is time to wake up for camp.
