Kids Like Languages offers summer camps, after-school classes, tutoring, spring break camp, group and personalized classes, and music therapy. A fun way for children to be introduced to another language in this program is through its summer camps. Each week, families can choose from four languages: Spanish, French, Japanese, or Mandarin, and camps run for two age groups: Pre-K through 2nd grade, and 3rd through 6th grade.

For over 25 years, Kids Like Languages has operated under the leadership of owner and Program Director Claudia Liliana Andrade, who is also the CEO. Claudia holds a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Portland State University, a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Computer Engineering and a minor in Elementary Education, has completed several specializations in education, and is continuing studies toward a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Portland State University. The organization states that it has supported thousands of children in building a better future in a globalized world and that it specializes in enhancing communication skills in multiple languages. Kids Like Languages describes itself as a child-friendly organization with a staff that is friendly and skilled at teaching, with a natural ability to connect with students.
