VMAC NextGen Youth Dance Classes include Hip Hop, K-Pop, Latin Dance, Jazz & Ballet, and Breaking. The program takes place at Vitalidad Movement Arts Center (VMAC). Portland Cultural Dance Collective (PCDC) runs the program as part of its work in dance and movement arts.

Through PCDC, the stated mission is to promote happiness, vitality, and longevity through movement arts, with a focus on cultural education, community building, and equitable access. VMAC NextGen youth dance classes are non-competitive and serve preschoolers, kids, and teens. BIPOC students are prioritized to support accessibility. PCDC is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
