Gymnastics Programs for Kids in the Bay Area

The Girls Recreation program is for girls 5 years and older. It is organized into 4 skill levels. Girls progress individually on the four Olympic events, dance, and trampoline. The Boys Recreation program is for boys 5 years and older. Boys progress individually on all 6 of the Men’s Olympic events and trampoline.

Byers Gymnastics Centers have been in Northern California for over 40 years. Byers-Roseville originated in 1986 and provides gymnastics instruction for girls and boys ages walking through teen. We believe that everyone can benefit from the sport of gymnastics and strive to make a difference in the lives of children.

Redwood Empire hosts five active kid camps a year, including Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring Camps, with additional skill camps for extended coverage, offering a range of activities in their 16,000 sq ft facility like gymnastics, games, arts and crafts, and specialized sports, all designed to provide healthy, active, and exciting experiences for children aged 5 to 10.
