Overnight Summer Camps in California

The Maccabi Sports Camp experience is defined by the overnight camp environment where campers get to develop their sense of self away from home, combined with the warmth and meaning of Jewish community and culture.

Mountain Meadow Ranch is a co-ed, sleepaway summer camp for ages 7 to 16, uniquely located on a spacious 900 acre ranch in the Sierra Nevada north of Lake Tahoe. We offer a traditional camp program, where our philosophy of Servant Leadership fosters character development and camp community bonding through the many activities we provide. Mt. Cross is a safe place for campers to explore and learn about their faith. Campers participate in daily large group worship services and small group bible studies. Our curriculum is based on the theology of the ELCA. Campers of all faith traditions or no religious affiliation are welcome.

Ojai Valley School Summer Camp offers engaging activities like archery, arts & crafts, and swimming, fostering creativity and learning for children ages 3-5. With flexible enrollment, campers enjoy enriching experiences in a vibrant, supportive environment.

Kennolyn Camps Huntington Lake is a small, close-knit community where campers grades 6th-11th thrive with flexible activity choices and close counselor guidance where our staff knows every camper by name. Our campers develop lifelong emotional and social skills, are challenged to learn new things, and most of all have fun!

During the program, summer institute students will become immersed in cutting-edge topics and issues through learning environments focused on real-world, hands-on experiences in our labs, studios, fields and makerspaces. In short, Pacific Institute students will experience college firsthand.

R.M. Pyles Boys Camp promotes long-term positive behavioral change for low-income, disadvantaged boys by providing a multi-year wilderness camp experience supplemented by year-round mentoring that builds life skills and instills the values of hard work, education, and positive choices.

Spend a week of Scouting adventure on the beach! This Aquatic Center facility is located on beautiful Mission Bay. You'll camp among the sandy dunes and set sail for the Pacific Ocean. Campers at CFI enjoy the ultimate waterfront experience.

Summer Adventures at Southwestern Academy offers students a wide range of core courses and electives, including intensive ESL and SAT/TOEFL classes for students wanting to improve their language skills and reach appropriate level necessary to complete a college preparatory curriculum. Academic enrichment and credit coursework offerings.
