Overnight Summer Camps Near San Francisco, CA

Camp SEA Lab is excited to offer 3 fun-filled programs for overnight camp this summer. All programs are packed full of aquatic adventures and cool marine science activities.

Camp St Francis provides a wholesome Catholic setting for boys ages 7 - 13 to experience a meaningful and enjoyable summer with their peers. Following the educational principles of St. John Bosco, the camp provides a home, a playground, a school, and a church for the campers where they can learn about life and faith, while making new friends.

Each summer, Cazadero is proud to help budding musicians take their talent to a new level. We help students develop technical ability, music comprehension, confidence, creativity and ensemble performance skill. Because students are engaged in five hours of practice each day, they make rapid progress at camp.

Our Resident camp program allows campers to tailor their schedule to meet their individual preferences. For example, if you love sports and staying active you can fill your day with soccer, tennis, football, hiking, and swimming lessons. Or if want to gain horsemanship skills, you can spend most of your day down in the barn learning to ride and care for horses. If you prefer more skill-based activities such as arts and crafts, archery, or riflerly: you will have plenty to keep you busy.

High school students in the Marine and Coastal Science Pre-College Program at UC Davis get to fully immerse themselves in coastal science and research for two weeks while living and studying at the Bodega Marine Laboratory and Reserve.

Kids and teens will find this week long camp filled with adventure, fun, challenge and friendship. Campers are grouped together with other kids and teens their own age and live in a cabin with counselors. In addition to diabetes education , participants enjoy classic camp experiences such as swimming, arts & crafts, sports & games, dance, campfires and more. This program is a great option for participants who are looking for a shorter camp experience closer to the Bay Area. Round trip transportation from San Jose available for an additional fee.

Beautiful camp in the Redwoods of the Santa Cruz mountains! 140 beds, pool, dining hall, farm, campfire area, sports and games and a 50' giant swing! Fully accessible camp perfect for youth or adult programs. We provide full food service.

Youth campers (1st – 8th grade) and (9th -12th grade) will participate in a variety of programs, including campfires, swimming, horseback riding, drama, arts and crafts, and adaptive sports. Campers are encouraged to explore new challenges independently with their new friends. Our summer jazz immersion programs are held on the beautiful campus of Stanford University. With classrooms, performance venues, food, and dormitories all in close proximity, SJW becomes a self-contained jazz village in which students stay focused on their jazz studies and interact easily and often with our great faculty and artists.

The Maccabi Sports Camp experience is defined by the overnight camp environment where campers get to develop their sense of self away from home, combined with the warmth and meaning of Jewish community and culture.

Mt. Cross is a safe place for campers to explore and learn about their faith. Campers participate in daily large group worship services and small group bible studies. Our curriculum is based on the theology of the ELCA. Campers of all faith traditions or no religious affiliation are welcome.
