Overnight Summer Camps in Sonoma County, CA

Farm Camp offers a traditional summer camp experience on a real working farm. We work to create a fun and safe environment that encourages independence while nurturing lasting friendships. At a time when children are increasingly surrounded by smart phones, computers, television, our goal is to get campers outside, actively creating, playing and learning. Your child will be a hands-on, active participant in our farm community, with the freedom to choose their own activities every day.

Westminster Woods offers residential summer camps for youth in a nature-rich setting. Camps focus on character growth, spiritual development, and fostering a sense of community. Ages and interests vary, with specialized programs available.

For ages 9-12 in Fairfax and Lagunitas offers an immersive experience in wilderness skills, including an overnight campout to test newly acquired abilities, covering topics like nature awareness, wilderness safety, animal tracking, and fire-making, suitable for both newcomers and those who have previously participated in Vilda programs.

BREAD Camp is a great place to discover community, spirituality and learn more about yourself. Campers spend mornings exploring spirituality through activities, conversation, and small group discussions. Afternoons are filled with fun elective activities including swimming, arts and crafts and hiking. Evenings are filled with games, campfires, compline and a few surprises!

Day and Overnight programs available. 11-17 yrs of age. Guitar, Bass, Drums, Vocals and Keys. Form a band and play like a pro by the end of the week on the BIG stage in front of family and friends!

Each summer, Cazadero is proud to help budding musicians take their talent to a new level. We help students develop technical ability, music comprehension, confidence, creativity and ensemble performance skill. Because students are engaged in five hours of practice each day, they make rapid progress at camp.

Our Resident camp program allows campers to tailor their schedule to meet their individual preferences. For example, if you love sports and staying active you can fill your day with soccer, tennis, football, hiking, and swimming lessons. Or if want to gain horsemanship skills, you can spend most of your day down in the barn learning to ride and care for horses. If you prefer more skill-based activities such as arts and crafts, archery, or riflerly: you will have plenty to keep you busy.

Thunderbird Ranch provides an unforgettable summer experience for children with an abundance of activities designed to mirror our philosophy and goals while at the same time foster self-esteem and confidence in a safe, warm and caring family environment that concerned parents have come to rely on for 2 generations.

Attention ages 12 - 18 years old: WOLF School is again offering a Beginner‘s Backpacking Camp, which is a 3 day, 2 night & an Advanced Backpacking Camp, which is 4 day, 3 night. Both are backpacking adventures through Point Reyes National Seashore, in the San Francisco Bay Area. Come explore the great outdoors through hiking, exploration, science and nature!
